When writing about food, the most visceral elements can come from sensory memory. Connecting these with traditions from your heritage that are poignant to you can showcase the ways nostalgia can intensify or even change how you illustrate your taste today.

Registration required.
Open to 30 workshop participants (student/faculty/staff). Additional observers may join up to room capacity.
