Mondays, 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Haven- LGBTQ+; Student group to provide a safe and supportive space focused on the mental health needs of students. All are welcome to attend.
Tuesdays, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Refuge- Men's Support Group: A safe space for men to process life challenges, develop emotional awareness, and grow in a community with other men navigating college life.
Wednesdays, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.- Let's Talk- Stress Relief: A supportive place where you can discuss the stress in your life and identify helpful coping strategies.
