• Editorial Style Guide Assistant (ESGA): A specialized compliance tool that analyzes documents against the official ÑÇÉ«ÊÓƵ Editorial Style Guide. The ESGA generates reports highlighting non-adherence and offering specific corrections to ensure consistent University messaging.

Using Data with MonarchMind 

To ensure the security of University information, users must adhere to the following data usage guidelines: 

Permitted Data: 

• Non-Sensitive and Public Data 
• Confidential Intellectual Property 
• Confidential Unregulated Data 
• De-identified data (data with all personal identifiers removed)  

Non-Permitted Data: 

Do not input or upload data protected by the following regulations into any AI tool: 

• FERPA (Student education records) 
• PII (Personally Identifiable Information)  
• HIPAA / PHI (Protected Health Information) 
• PCI-DSS (Credit card/financial data) 
• CUI / ITAR (Controlled Unclassified Information / Export Controlled data)  
• GLBA (Financial privacy information)
